I would highly recommend Lee and his company. He went out of his way to come and help me today after discovering that my drains were blocked. Considering it was a last minute call out, he kept in touch with me throughout the day to advise when he would be coming. I felt reassured that he was definitely coming out. When he arrived, he was quick to assess and sort the problem out, explained where the blockage was and what course of action needed to be taken. He also got in touch with Severn Trent Water as they would be needed to come out to sort the issue out. Great communication and helped ease my doubts that I do not have any serious issues. Outstanding customer service Called Lee as we had a drain flowing over in the house and garden with awkward access. Lee came in the cold and dark to assess, worked out how he could access the drain and we agreed he’d come the next day to jet the drain. Turned out to be an issue with main drain. This is where Lee showed what it means to give excellent customer service. He contacted Severn Trent for us, logged the job with info that made it a priority, and it got sorted the same day. Lees prices were more than reasonable, and the extra mile highlighted his care and approach, we didn’t expect it but certainly appreciated it. Def use / recommend again if needed. ~ John D

Lee gave a qoute over the phone and described the work to be done. As agreed attended site the next day and cleaned blockages in drain then carried out camera survey and explained all the faults that were found in detail and how they could be rectified. Lee was very respectful and polite. Lee gave the option of the less expensive camera survey to find out faults and is really knowledgeable. Costs to do survey/cleaning works was very reasonable. Reactive Drains also carry out remedial works,drain installations. We are awaiting remedial works qoute to rectify defects and additional work later on. Would definitely recommend and deal with again - Thank you. ~ Arm M

Lee sorted our leaking bath out quickly and efficiently. The bath had leaked down into the living room. Lee responded to our request for help in a reasonable time and was able to identify the problem very quickly ( faulty seal) We were very happy as we had anticipated a complicated repair. He only charged us a small call-out fee. Very relieved and delighted with the outcome. Lee had previously sorted out our kitchen drain, this was done quickly and at a very reasonable price as he sent his camera down and then blasted away the problem. No recurrence since. Again, we were anticipating more drastic and expensive work. I highly recommend Lees work. He is now our ‘go to’ plumber. ~ Frances D

I would like to thank Lee and his team for the underground camera assessment that they carried out on the damaged drains at my property. They inspired total confidence by quickly identifying the issues that were causing a severe case of damp and rot in a corner of the kitchen - and you relax knowing that they're professionals in this area with many years experience at what can be a stressful time for yourself. Not only that but they took the time to show me the camera video footage, patiently explaining at each step what the images were highlighting. An excellent service provided by Lee. Responded quickly to our non-emergency call regarding a blocked drain. Did an exhaustive survey and diagnosed the problem. Followed up with a very reasonable quote to carry out a full drain replacement and scheduled the work quickly. Work was carried out efficiently and considerately, resulting in a positive result. Reactive Drains provided an excellent service this morning we had a blocked drain. Tony arrived promptly at 9 am and was calm, polite, and professional throughout. He greeted us, listened carefully to the problem, and reassured us before getting straight to work. If I can give Reactive Drains 10 star I would, they are worth every penny. They know exactly what they are doing. I had 3 other companies who come out and struggled, to tackle the Issue, my cast iron soil stack, clog was at such awkward angle. Reactive Drains went above and beyond with their camera, jet and snake. Most importantly the experience and knowledge is worth more than the other companies I used. Great service. Found Reactive Drains when doing an internet search for a plumber who can deal with a blockage/drainage issue where rods were needed urgently. Lee was able to fit us in within a couple of hours of my call and managed to rod the pipes, did a camera feed to see where the blockage was as it was not straightforward and succeeded in clearing the blockage. Lee came to my parents house this week to assist them with a soggy area they had found in the garden. They contacted Lee who came very quickly and diagnosed a broken pipe which he rectified very quickly by lining the pipe. Found Reactive Drains on Google, read Checkatrade reviews and phoned this morning at 9.36am for a block drain. Lee called and messaged back straight away to confirm he would come out this morning. I called up Re-active drains and within 24 hours they attended my Nans house and cleared her blocked drains quickly. They called and kept me informed on what time they were coming. They sent images after to show the blockage. It was a 5 star service - couldn’t recommend them enough! ~ Rachael N
